All students shouldbe required to take the driver's education course at Centerville High School.In the past two years, several accidents in and around Centerville haveinvolved teenage drivers. Since a number of parents in Centerville havecomplained that they are too busy to teach their teenagers to drive, some otherinstruction is necessary to ensure that these teenagers are safe drivers.Although there are two driving schools in Centerville, parents on a tightbudget cannot afford to pay for driving instruction. Therefore an effective andmandatory program sponsored by the high school is the only solution to thisserious problem."

1.一个是说一种乐器的历史，认为是西班牙人传播的， 有一个理论说在这之前没有史料记载有这种乐器，然后一个人反驳到说这种乐器声音比较柔， 不会跟一些大型乐器一起演奏，所以一般这种史料上不会有记载。大方向上还是认为是西班牙人传的。
