1. cunning /‘kʌnɪŋ/ adj. 狡猾的;可爱的;巧妙的
: getting what is wanted in a clever and often deceptive way
: dexterous or crafty in the use of special resources
【小明说】cun-=kno-=know 知道(其实can也是源自于此)，因此cunning表示“知道的，掌握知识或技能的”，引申为“狡猾的，巧妙地，可爱的”。
